STEWART AIR NATIONAL GUARD BASE, N.Y. -Staff Sgt. Felix Moya, a loadmaster with the 137th Airlift Squadron of the 105th Airlift Wing here, directs vehicles unloading from a C5A Galaxy Sept. 14.
